Child Sponsorships

First Baptist is an evangelical fellowship of people who believe that Jesus was the son of God
and was sent to earth from heaven to die in our place for our sins.

We believe that He died, was buried, and then raised from the dead by God. The belief in these events and the asking of forgiveness for our own mistakes are what allow us to go to heaven and spend eternity with God.

First Baptist has been located at 160 North Courtland Street (business Rt. 209), just southeast of the East Stroudsburg High School, in East Stroudsburg PA since 1886. Please visit us Sunday mornings at 8:15am or 11:00am for Worship. We have Sunday School for all ages at 9:45am for children and 10:00am for adults.
